Decentralization of complaints and appointment requests, and resolution of procedural barriers
The Mario Correa Rengifo Departmental Hospital hosted the Second Major Health Fair, in collaboration with the Valle del Cauca Departmental Health Secretariat and the EPS providers Emssanar and Coosalud.
The event made it possible to provide timely care to more than 500 patients, offering solutions such as scheduling appointments and surgical procedures, as well as screening for cardiovascular risk, HIV, syphilis, and mammograms.
This event helped bring services closer to the community and strengthen comprehensive care.
