Citizen Participation in the Issuance of Regulations Through SUCOP
The E.S.E. is not legally required to comply with this step, but as
part of the agreements on transparency and citizen participation and within the framework
of the regulatory drafting process, the Ministry of Health makes available at
the SUCOP platform, provided by the National Planning Department (DNP),
where draft regulations are posted so that citizens, stakeholders, and
interested parties can effectively submit their comments, observations, and
proposals.
To participate, visit the Ministry of Health’s website at
and click the search button. In the search box, verify that the status of the
draft regulation you are interested in is listed as “public consultation,” then click the “Go to
Comments” button and submit your comments, observations, and proposals there.
